Nice to meet you! I’ve worked in the mental health field for the last 13 years in various settings. What I enjoy most about what I do is experiencing “breakthroughs” with clients, when everything just starts to click. Let me help and guide you to being a better you.
My therapy style
When I am not working
I tend to take a person-centered approach to therapy, after all, who knows you better than you? I give my heart and soul with every client that I work with, and my goal is for you to feel 100% comfortable, as therapy can be hard. Therapy encourages you to work through things that you’ve been pushing down and not dealing with, and you need to be in a safe space to do so. We are a good fit if you’re in the mindset of wanting to take action and make some changes to better your life.
I can usually be found hanging around our small family farm with my husband, kids, and growing number of animals. I love completing DIY projects, and refinishing furniture–simply put, when I’m not in sessions, I’m covered in paint, dirt, or both.
