A little about me as a therapist
I have been working in the mental health field for 10 years in various settings. There were certain life moments that helped me explore areas that suited my abilities and strengths. I knew I wanted to help others in some way and through various encounters I was able to direct my passion towards counseling.

My personal therapy style takes an integrated approach which empowers you as the client to create a space of individuality within the therapy setting. I am motivated to create a space where you feel comfortable, and able to build a trusting therapeutic environment.
My therapy style uses person-centered techniques as a base for groundwork then incorporating aspects of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and other techniques which will best suit the individual client. My hope is for clients to engage in exploratory processes, gain self-awareness, promote healing, and receiving the support you need to enhance your life.
